We ship via standard carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on your location and order size. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

AuraAudio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact your local carrier or reach out to us at support@auraaudio.store and we will do our best to assist you.
