Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@auraaudio.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us — we will not be responsible for returned items sent without prior authorization.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@auraaudio.store within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time to process. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@auraaudio.store.
